More crime is not the only difference Americans notice in large cities. There are also different laws regarding decency, civility, and cleanliness. Unfortunately, manners and traditional customs are rarely, if ever, practiced.

You got that right. I went from the Bronx NY to Paramus NJ (late 50’s) to Raleigh NC then retired here at the OBX NC. Nothing like a tranquil environment instead of the crowds every where you go.

Murders in small cities like ALBANY Schenectady and Troy all in New York are skyrocketing. Who would live 9r send kids to college there?
