I think there was a threat (I don’t remember from whom) that anyone who was participating in his defense could expect to have no jobs in the future, lose their practice and basically be blackballed. Also that there were threats against anyone associated with Trump’s legal defense, ranging from their family members to their law partners.
The left is playing hardball.
It would be absolutely amazing if The Right had an equally Hard Ball Playing team to counter the Left. I’m thinking a group made up of some former cops and military folks that actually know how to play dirty.
Wouldn’t take long before they backed down.
