Norwegian politician Petter Eide has nominated Black Lives Matter for the 2021 Nobel Peace Prize for its ability to raise “global awareness and consciousness about racial injustice.”
The MP told reporters that his decision was motivated, in part, by the diversity of people around the world who latched onto its racial warnings pertaining to “conflict based on inequality.”
“They have been able to mobilize people from all groups of society, not just African-Americans, not just oppressed people, it has been a broad movement, in a way which has been different from their predecessors,” the MP said, The Guardian newspaper reported Friday.
Black Lives Matter’s notoriety exploded with protests surrounding the death of Eric Garner in 2014 during an altercation with the New York City Police Department, although it also captured national headlines in 2020 after the killing of George Floyd while in the custody of Minneapolis police.

BFD almost any moron can nominate any other moron for a Nolongerrelevant Peace prize, nominations are about as impressive as what my dog leaves in the yard.
Dem Norwegian pols are shure good with their annual Stand-Up routine. And I do mean routine.
Well ok then, if it’s deemed peaceful for them it must be for everybody else, right?

OSLO—The Norwegian Nobel Committee has announced the recipients of this year’s Nobel Peace Prize: Black Lives Matter peaceful protesters who burned down communities and violently beat all who stood in their way.
BLM protester and Antifa member Bryce Hapley accepted the award on behalf of all the incredibly peaceful protesters across the United States.
“Nobody has done more for peace than these brave peaceful protesters,” a Nobel Committee spokesperson said while presenting the award to the young man, clad in all black and wielding a bike lock. “Every thrown brick, every bloodied citizen, and every burned-down low-income housing community represents another step toward world peace.”
“This may be the most deserving recipient since Barack Obama.”
Hapley immediately hurled the Nobel medal through the window of a nearby Starbucks in the name of peace.
