This is an outrage on several counts. Supposedly this was ordered to help resume legal proceedings against the killers, but it’s been almost 20 years since the terror attacks in NY, PA and the Pentagon. This demonstrates the TOTAL incompetence of our government. Why weren’t these killers put to death years ago?
