People like General Mark Milley had already said loud and clear that he would NOT be accepting any commands he considered unconstitutional. Milley was reacting to what Pelosi was begging him to say publicly. So he had chosen his side, and that side was not with President Trump.
The people, yes, but his own party is RINO heavy even now.

Perhaps Trump’s biggest mistake was not cleaning house when he came into power. His failure to do that cost him, and us, dearly.
The Swamp didn’t need to be drained; it needed to be bull dozed, cleared and re-developed like one of Trump’s building projects.

You are right. He didn’t let it happen. He fought like hell - 1,000 times harder than any other GOP would. He was back-stabbed by almost every person, entity, and organization who should have helped him. I hate them all.
Trump is a lot smarter than you give him credit for. He knew this was going to happen when he ran in 2016, He’s got this. The best is yet to come, Justice and prosperity will prevail.

Trump also had bad lawyers. Rudy said repeatedly he was not going to bring fraud before the courts, and he did not. That was left up to two apparent charlatans, working outside Trump team.
