I heard yesterday that 27 states use these machines. If they bought the machines, they need to tell Dominion to hit the road. Tell them they will take care of maintenance. Have someone write good software for the all Dominions that make it impossible to cheat.
Make it impossible to change the software by people in the polling places. Make it impossible to go online there, too. Test the heck out out of them to make sure it can only do just what they want.
We have some time to fix things. Then, figure how to fix the other brands of voting machines.
If Dominion has long term contracts, that could be a problem.

The US must propagate total. election. reform. that, as a side-effect of reform, deprecates Dominion and any platform that does not adhere to model reform laws. And there is a way to do it.
