With the fraudulent 2020 election having been made official eight days ago, the vast majority of Trump-supporters believe there is no recourse. This is not true. The President and his team have a few different options. They’re all longshots as far as returning him to his rightful place in the Oval Office, but they can be used to get the evidence out to the people, evidence of voter fraud that has been suppressed.
If the Senate impeachment trial moves forward, these actions would also give him the opportunity to defend himself in ways the Senate itself will not present. We’ve discussed in-depth how a writ of quo warranto may be his best course of action. We will continue to explore this option until it’s no longer on the table or until it’s actually initiated. But there’s another course of action, a declaratory judgment action, that the President and his team can perform.
In an article meant to position a declaratory judgment action as superior to a writ of quo warranto, Mario Apuzzo, Esq. at ThePostEmail explained why he believes the former is the way to go. After reviewing the article and others, I’m convinced that there’s nothing prohibiting the President from pursuing both courses of action. He should. At this point, we need every legal option in play. They are not mutually exclusive, so why not pursue both?

I think the Dominion lawsuit against Giuliani stands a better chance of getting the evidence in front of the courts.
and what judge is going to permit the evidence?
RE: I think the Dominion lawsuit against Giuliani stands a better chance of getting the evidence in front of the courts.
Dominion also has another lawsuit against Sidney Powell. SEE HERE:

And Mike Lindell is also being threatened with a lawsuit by Dominion:

Eric Coomer, security director at the Colorado-based Dominion Voting Systems, is suing conservative columnist Michelle Malkin, the website Gateway Pundit, Colorado conservative activist Joseph Oltmann, and conservative media Newsmax and One America News Network.

Trump shouldn’t waste a penny fighting it or a second worrying about it. It is kabuki theater. Nothing the democrats are doing matter.
Edit to add, I wonder why Dominion hasn’t filed a lawsuit against Jovan Pulitzer yet. His testimony before the Georgia Senate has been one of the most devastating to Dominion.
When life hands you lemons, make lemonade. Use this political theater to expose the corruption that led to the fraudulently decided election that put the enemy within into power.
Trump had said some many days ago he welcomed the opportunity to take his defense live in the Senate chamber.
Smart Dims fear exactly that.
It’s a Star Chamber.
“Smart Dims fear exactly that.”
REALLY smart Dims understand that there’s no way in hell Trump’s team will be permitted to show any evidence.
It all boils down to "Have they got the votes?" And virtually none of those votes represent anything resembling "We see from the evidence that the defendant seems to have committed the described, despicable high crime or misdemeanor!"
It's just, "Are you willing to vote to impeach or remove the president?" Count pelvic floor sphincters and If we have enough corrupted votes to make it worth while sliming (if not removing) him, then by all means, let's proceed!
If we let this type of thing happen without eliminating it from the American political-legal landscape, we'll deserve the next round of downward-spiraling destruction, too. Our children and grandchildren will rightly call us onto their carpets to ask how we ever could have let our nests be lined with such crap!
I've been saying that for over 35 years about the Republican Party. Nothing is ever seen.
I’ve tried to find the status of those lawsuits but I can not. Do you have any updated information on them?
