Does Biden have access to codes now? Does Biden have access to military plane now? Does Biden have access to pentagon now?

It would be great if Biden is illegitimate and President Trump comes riding in on a white horse to save the day. But if the answer to the above is yes, then it’s a done deal.

Forget this nonsense.

Did you even read the article? Anyone who watched Rudy in the heat of this battle had to wonder about the strategy and why ELECTION FRAUD was not front and center. Patrick Byrne describes the behind the scenes look at what happened. It all makes sense how Trump had the election stolen. Rudy being trusted with so much was a colossal mistake!

No. I did not read the article. Read first 2 paragraphs and my eyes glazed over.

I don’t know about that. The lawyers on his impeachment team were excellent. The problem wasn’t Rudy. It’s that the left had already chipped away at his credibility when he exposed Hunter and even before that. They made him out to be a crazy nut job. They tried to destroy his character and reputation. They pretty much“Palinized” him.

I did go straight to the short bio of the author and I looked at the source. And my eyes glazed over.

I disagree with the title of this thing. DJT didn’t lose anything. It was taken from him illegitimately.

To understand what happened, people’s idols and heroes need to be re-examined; too many of both have, in the past, turned out to have feet of clay.

Possible candidate for Mediocrity = Jenna Ellis, a lawyer, fits the position as one of the only two people to brief DJT.

This account seems to answer all the questions that everyone was asking about why ‘super lawyer’ Rudi was going nowhere and the evidence was never heard in court and all the illogical crap that surrounded the whole affair.

I’m thinking that so many of the people surrounding DJT were either recommended or vetted by the NY Democrat Royal Couple and in light of the non-usage of the $100 million, they were behind DJT’s legal team and stop the steal failure in some fashion - when the unthinkable happens, everything must be rethought. I do not trust them, as they always seemed to place their own interests first - this was very evident at the start of DJT’s administration.

When something as momentous as stealing the entire US election system happens, the obvious explanations are usually just the one page note given to a drunken fool and then ignored with nothing learned. All preconceived ideas are on the examination table. Limiting the examination to a one sentence explanation leads invariably to more of the same problem later.

While some may say that this is just this guy’s perspective/opinion, what other perspectives/opinions do we have to chose from? To imply that he’s grinding some sort of axe and not to be believed or his words true, is to fall back on a false narrative of a competent Trump legal team screwed by left-wing courts, when even a cursory glance tells the lie.

I’m sure there will be a host of people that are going to attack me personally etc for just raising these possibilities, asking these questions, looking down that alley. Those attacks are no different that those found on Twitter and Facebook shutting down free speech., and frankly, part an parcel of what eats the conservative movement alive.

and the system locked down any verification of the vote.

Thats the key.

I think the campaign thought all they had to do was show some reasonable doubt and they would get their day in court.
It became quickly obvious that the courts were not their friends.[Hmmm...John Roberts have anything to say here?]

The author isn’t saying Trump actually lost. They’re detailing how our side ran an amateur-hour operation in the November-January period in exposing massive fraud and that (sadly) Giuliani was way in over his head in leading the charge.

With all the skillful lawyers in the country. I’m not sure putting someone 76 years old in charge was the best thing to do. Nothing against age but that case would have taken massive energy to pull off.

20 years ago, sure. Keeping him in a consultant capacity, perhaps, but not leading it. I know some were warning that he wasn’t up to the task, and this confirmed it.

Fascinating and disturbing article, very well written.

Byrne is obviously a brilliant man, something I did not know before. My vague impression was that he was off kilter, but that is not true based on this article.

It is rather amazing how so many responses in this thread focus on irrelevancies, or demonstrate that the poster had not read the article, or only read the article partially and with prejudice, or simply did not understand the article.

Assuming the truth of the article (and it does seem credible) the principal question is this: were the efforts to uncover fraud described in the article the only efforts, or was there a separate effort by (for instance) military intelligence, an effort still unknown to all but the participants?

IOW, the answer to that question addresses a more fundamental and disturbing issue. Knowing that the election was going to be stolen and that there would be widespread and sophisticated fraud, what efforts were taken to prevent the fraud, or at least to gather definitive evidence of the fraud? Were those efforts, if they existed, commensurate with the sophistication of the fraud?

I assumed (we all assumed) that there was a well thought out and sophisticated plan to stop exactly what happened.

There appears to have been nothing, and certainly no plan in place for addressing the fraud when it happened.

The gist of the article can be found in the response of the pro-Trump White House staffer who told Byrne something which explains a lot, sadly and disturbingly.

Read the whole thing. The incompetence of Rudy and the disorganization surrounding his investigation as the subject of the piece is questionable. Then he throws in a dig at Trump’s children which has nothing to do with either. To me, it reads like someone trying to even the score for some perceived personal offense. That, and he’s all puffed up about his own competence-importance.

Congratulations! You actually read the article and understood it!

I love Donald Trump, and will always support him, but some of the most disturbing suspicions and rumors about his management style might very well be true, and reflect poorly on his judgment about people.

Agree. For example, in AZ there were two claims:
1) That there were 37,000 Biteme ballots “dumped” by a machine in Pima Co on a single day; and
2) that there was fractional vote counting by machines (1.25 for Biteme, .75 for Trump) across the state.

Over time, not even the AZ GOP under the terrific Kelli Ward has pushed the first claim. To me, this is the ONLY claim that has a chance for the following reason:
Republican long-time poll operator and watcher Garrett Archer (the AZ Data Guru) has explained that we have full paper ballot backup. If 37,000 computer votes were “dumped,” they would be matched by 37,000 paper ballots at the same time in the same voting location. After the first claim of this was made, it was never again raised.

Second, there is strongly argued claim by Archer that the voting machines are incapable of registering a fractional votes. That would “seem” to be backed up by the paper ballot issue-—that you don’t have any precincts with a “half vote” left over.

Currently Ward is solely looking at the Maricopa County machines, fighting a battle in which the AZ MC Board of Supervisors is refusing under a legislative subpoena to hand over all the machines. They offer “some.” It is argued there are both cost and separation of powers issues to be dealt with. The former can be handled by donations; the latter, I don’t know. it may be true but it smells.

As for the story I’m sure we’d get a different story from Ellis, from Rudy, and from Powell. But even with GOP judges, it is troubling we could not get a single evidentiary hearing-—not from the President’s team OR from independent teams. So either there was a wide-ranging conspiracy to either kick the can down the road or to actively block Trump (could see the former, not really the latter) OR these suits were not written in such a way to achieve the necessary result.

What has bothered me from the get-go is Byrne’s claim that Rudy said “You can’t prove fraud in court.” I don’t think that fact is true, but I DO think that was in fact the driving legal philosophy, that they would nibble at absentee ballots and state laws, NOT national fraud.

I don’t know.

If any of this is true, then it is very troubling. Respectfully, can you point me to some sources please on these things. I’d like to read more about this.

Whole thing literally makes me physically ill.

...talented, energetic, and willing people who are ready to deliver the goods are thwarted by the ambitions, greed, and incompetence of those leading them.

Sounds exactly like Governors Task Force organization/State Board proceedings/working on state legislation committees.

The account jibes with what we all saw and heard put out for us and the public at large.

People can diss the writer/messenger or they can recall all the moments of disconnect we experienced throughout. And: the effort failed. Why? Because there were competing personal and collective agendas and unequal levers of power in play.

Byrne’s account of the entire affair succinctly explains the failure.
