Total Doses Distributed: 47,230,950
Number of People Receiving 1 or More Doses: 20,687,970
Number of People Receiving 2 Doses: 3,801,053

Doses Distributed: About 2.8 million (a Super day!)
People Received 1st Dose: 786,000 (not too bad, but below the million/day goal)
People Received 2nd Dose: 319,000 (good day)
Doses Administered in Nursing Homes: About 180,000 (good day)
Great deliveries over the last two daily reports, helps to mostly catch up from a slow four days prior.
I saw a report that last Thursday (21 Jan - the day after Inauguration) Dr. Fauci told the WHO that the USA would be joining their COVAX vaccine sharing program (sending some amount of the US supply To other countries, for “equity”). For several days, reported US deliveries were down sharply, but they seem to be springing back over the last two reports.
The proportion of second doses to first doses continues to grow. This report, second doses were 40% as many as first doses, up from 10% early last week.
The source I refer to reported as of 1/26/21 23.54 million doses administered.....Significantly more than the 20.7 million you reported.
Why would ANYONE get this (or almost ANY) vaccine?
Because people don’t like to get deadly diseases? That would be my guess.

********
For something like polio or the bubonic plague, to keep them alive. For the current shamdemic, just so the fear spreaders will have to leave them alone.

Because they’re stupid. They’ve swallowed the koolaid hook, line and sinker.
Brainwashing works. So the better question would be why haven’t you or I been brainwashed?
It’s an experimental vaccine, the only thing it does, supposedly, is if you catch the disease it will make it less deadly (since it’s 99.7 survivable, that tiny .3 percent really appeals to people) and perhaps/maybe/hopefully they won’t get quite as sick as the unvaccinated. People who take it can still give the China virus to others, can still catch the China virus and God only knows what else will come down the pipeline in the years to come from taking the vaccine.
I bet not one person on FR who has taken the vaccine has bothered to read the vaccine insert. I bet they didn’t read the disclaimer they signed before they got the jab, either.
No, forget it. They’re not brainwashed, they just stupid.
“The source I refer to reported as of 1/26/21 23.54 million doses administered.....Significantly more than the 20.7 million you reported.”
I have been breaking out first doses and second doses separately. Add them together for the total doses administered.
Just the first dose alone produces a better immune response, than the minimum standard that Operation Warp Speed had set for vaccines (50%).
Definitely, everybody should get their second shots, for the strongest protection. But once someone has the first shot in them, I view that as a significant event in the course of disease transmission.
Last, I spent 2 hours and 45 minutes to get connected to on a phone call to our HMO, the biggest on the west coast to sign up for the Pfizer vaccine.
Yesterday, my wife who was not going to get vaccinated got a call from this HMO asking her, (being over 80), if she would like to get a vaccine this Sunday in our home town clinic.
She signed up for her 1st and 2nd shot. Then, she asked the RN on the phone, if I could cancel my vaccination this Friday out of town the next one and get the shots with my wife and not have to drive out of town.
The phone RN said no problem. She set it up, and I will get my first one this Sunday and the second one 2 weeks later again with my wife here in our town.
“I bet not one person on FR who has taken the vaccine has bothered to read the vaccine insert.”
Most of the Freepers who were up early on for the vaccine were doctors and other health care workers. Several were heavily involved in treating COVID patients, and some were involved with the vaccine program, and even making policy recommendations for the program.
“Number of People Receiving 1 or More Doses: 20,687,970
Number of People Receiving 2 Doses: 3,801,053”
OK, that was tough to distinguish your meaning as the number of people receiving “1 or more doses” would include people having received 2 doses.
Good news Dave - the sooner, the better.
Although the vaccine is proven to be effective against COVID-19, it does not protect against death generally.
Unfortunately, even after vaccination, those receiving the shot remain mortal.
Any random sample of over 20 million people (especially one skewed heavily toward the most elderly and nursing home patients), is going to see some members die, virtually every day.
Correlation does not prove causation.
Looks like the older you are the more dangerous it is for you to get.
But I don't think we know the long term effects for younger people.
Granted not a lot of deaths reported from the covid vaccines, but these are only the ones reported.
Lots of other side effects.
Well the virus is real. It was created in a bio-weapons lab in China for killing human beings. I’m 60 and a diabetic. My wife is in worse medical condition than I. I’m a first responder and where I work is a hot zone. You can blabber on about how it’s a joke and how stupid I may be, but I think the odds of me catching this and bringing it home are pretty damned high. My wife, who is not a first responder, doesn’t even have a clue when she’ll be able to get the vaccine. So even though I have had mine, and just got my second dose today, I can still be a carrier and ruin her day.
Why so worried about bringing it home? Doesn’t The Biden Regime provide you PPE?
