Among its many bad provisions, H.R. 1 would prohibit states from requiring voter ID, requiring signature authentication for mail-in ballots, or restricting the process of ballot harvesting and the use of unattended drop boxes. Federal government can have no say in how states conduct their elections. This is another unconstitutional monstrosity.

Sort of a heads we win, tails you lose, situation.
If it passes and is upheld, then fraud is further enabled all 50 states.
If it is struck down, then states that prohibit voter ID and other measures against fraud are unassailable in Federal court.

“Federal government can have no say in how states conduct their elections.”
Yup, this is another attempt to federalize the states, one little bit at a time.
States must maintain their sovereign status.
