This is what many DON’T get. SCOTUS is not an almighty Branch of the feds although the Left has tried to make it so with acquiescence form the Right.
The Constitution does not give SCOTUS power over the other branches - they are “separate but equal” - and over the American People ESPECIALLY when their decision is unconstitutional.
As I’ve said, heck, Lincoln ignored what he thought was an invalid and unconstitutional SCOTUS decision.
I don’t think Trump realized nor do I think his advisors helped him understand that he could do the same especially with published constitutional grounds for doing so.
Two things “we” DON’T get - yet.
1) SCOTUS has limited power to rule on individual cases per Article III, and does not have power to make national law, and
2) By far the greatest threat to our freedoms, wellbeing, and country is the 80%+ unconstitutional portion of the Federal Government, the portion of which must be dismantled if America is to recover her Free Constitutional Republic.
UNCONSTITUTIONAL - if we had a SC!
I actually thought it would take a constitutional amendment to change the voting age.
That is all well and good.
HOWEVER, SCOTUS should have officially reviewed the evidence of massive voter FRaud, and ruled on the evidence!
Historians are going to be discussing this monumental error for hundreds of years.
