therapeutic drugs labeled as MK-7110 and MK-4482. What happened to MK-Ultra?

You and me both. I checked twice just to make sure

The company stated that instead it will focus on research into therapeutic drugs labeled as MK-7110 and MK-4482. I wonder if these are code names for Hydrocloroquine and Ivermectin

Anyone have a source other than Infowars?

One of the reasons the drug companies are having problems with their covid vaccines is that in order to bring them to market they have one of two choices to make.
Either they filter out all the little things that they had to add in order to make the vaccine which causes all the side effects and costs a ton to remove OR they leave all the stuff in and make their money but have people dying or disabled by the stuff they decided not to filter out.
Merck decided it all was not worth it. Good for them.

Actually, in sight of the lawsuit culture ... a smart company might just think;
"Y'know what ? .... We could get in a lot of trouble if they just don't like us .... why chance it?"

Is Merck saying this because they really believe it? Or did they just realize that they cannot compete with the vaccines that are already out there?
It’s a shame to have to feel this way, but my default position now is that most companies, politicians, etc. are lying to us for one reason or another.

This broke yesterday morning.
I was super disappointed because THAT was the vaccine I was holding out for. It’s a viral-vector (more traditional) vs the mRNA (Pfizer, Moderna) currently available.
Oh, well...back to the drawing board. ;)

It wouldn’t surprise me if that were true.

I am glad I caught the virus. Four days (not so very) sick and now I never worry about getting it again. So yes this is the first smart thinking given 99.9% of patients recover.
