State Department Employee With Same Name As Alleged Election Hacker 1 Of Only 10 Out Of More Than 2,000 To Graduate With Elite Cyber Security Degree

An ITN analysis finds a State Department employee with the same name as a person at the center of accusations of election hacking was one of only ten employees to graduate the National Defense University with an advanced cybersecurity degree.

A man by the name of Stefano Serafini is accused of being one of the individuals that facilitated the hacking of the presidential election on Nov. 3. That hack allegedly switched votes electronically from President Trump to Joe Biden and took place at – among other sites – the U.S. Embassy in Rome, Italy.

Those allegations, made by Maria Zack of Nations In Action, a government accountability group, also say Serafini, a 25-year veteran of the State Department, retired shortly before Election Day in order to protect his pension.

An individual named Stefano Serafini was read into the Congressional record in 1997 as having entered the foreign service at the U.S. State Department. That would have put that individual at the 23-year mark of service last year.

An individual with that same name also graduated from the elite National Defense University with a concentration in Cybersecurity Leadership in 2017. The discipline trains graduates in advanced cybersecurity functions such as risk analysis, security incident management, continuity of operations, and disaster recovery.

Ah, yes! USA Today published something weeks ago "debunking" Maria Zack's story, but never bothered to call her about her sources. She admits to getting one point slightly wrong about Gen. Graziano being on the board of Leonardo SpA, but he was on the board of its predecessor: ItalyGate: Debunking The “Debunkers”

Zack claims they have the paper trail for the money paid to steal the election, and that leads to Renzi and Obama. The whereabouts of the witness who admitted to switching the votes, Arturo D'Elia are unknown, but she believes he may now be in the U.S.

No, he wasn't employed with Leonardo SpA. He worked with Italian Gen. Graziano who has connections with Leonardo SpA to fix the election. Zack says they met frequently near the U.S. embassy in Rome to work the steal and flip votes. Graziano is a public advocate of one European military controlled by the E.U. rather than the member states. Thus, he is globalist, not a nationalist.

Honestly, I think that's what they want. They want another "riot" to claim "insurrection" through the propaganda of corporate media. My suggestion is to start with an economic boycott. Don't spend money that isn't for necessities. Deny them a "Biden recovery" to the great Covid lock downs. Boycott the "big box" stores, and don't buy anything made in China. If enough people do that it will hurt the globalists. The political solution is the COS route/second Constitutional Convention to address the election fraud issues, and perhaps require the class of senators elected in the last election to be elected in two years for a four year term. That's one way to get McConnell out of office. That's more effective than grovelling in front of Congress like the Bonus Army that was dispatched unceremoniously.

It appears that Cesare Sacchetti got his facts a little wrong. That article is from Jan. 7th. Maria Zack broke the story and names Serafini as a U.S. State Dept. employee, not an Italian agent. He could be a dual national, perhaps.

The 2nd guy on the list, if you notice , is a person named Boris BG Seric, a member of the Croatian Army.

Either way, he was not the guy who was charged with hacking Leonardo SpA, and supposedly signed the affidavit where he claims to have switched votes from President Trump to Joe Biden.

The U.S. State Dept. hasn't denied any of these facts. If it hasn't been confirmed, what does that say about the U.S. State Dept.? That they won't answer any questions about him?
