It can’t be said that nothing can be done because the Constitution doesn’t provide for that situation! The Constitution was nullified when Barr and Roberts saw no problem with election fraud!
Even if the U.S Supreme Court believes that the Pennsylavania Supreme Court's interpretation of Pennsylvania law was wrong, that's not enough for them to step in.
State courts, not the U.S. Supreme Court, are the final arbiter on the meaning of state law. Federal courts are supposed to act only if the state law or rule in question violates the U.S. Constitution. So the case that had to be made to SCOTUS was that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's decision was unconstitutional, not just wrong.
As a practical matter, honest citizens in that state were deprived by the local government of the right to vote for the president of their choice. (Was that suit timely filed and which of any of the courts refused to hear the action?)
The defective certification of the 2021 election at the national level is profoundly more disturbing.

In the PA case the state Supreme Court just made crap up that wasn’t in the law.

Further, that some voters will be disenfranchised or that there is no way to sort out and measure the number of votes fraudulently counted is not relevant.
If an election is conducted in a manner that violates local statutes it is incapable of certification; and, if used at the federal level it disenfranchises untold numbers of honest voters.
It’s the world we live in, and have lived in. Our GOP “leaders” are worthless in fighting this stuff. They allowed the takeover of K-12, perhaps their biggest error.

It’s disturbing to see that there are so many oddities all over the country and yet, we are told to shut up and take it. That Biden is the president when we KNOW that the election was a farce.
How many late Virginia ballots lacking postmarks were counted in the Nov 2020 election? (Story at the link does not say).
This also begs the question: How many mail-in Virginia ballots were counted that arrived before the deadline, but without postmarks? Aren’t these suspect of chicanery, since mail generally has a postmark, and faked or harvested ballots brought in by the carload through the back door do not?
I complained to the polling manager when I cast my early in-person ballot in Arlington, VA that neither my wife nor I were asked for ID — despite the big sign beneath each station stating that ID is required.
He nodded and promised to look into it. Yeah, right. And there were no observers at the time.
