Not that I play along, but I really like the Ramsey idea of not needing a credit score.
My only debt is my house and my credit is so good, the last time I bought a car, the dealer let me take it without giving him a penny. I had to transfer some money to my checking account first.
I never had -any- loans in my entire life.
No car, student, house, etc.
Creditcard always paid off each month; no debt carried over.
Saved up for anything I bought; that includes my present house & car.
