I never had -any- loans in my entire life.
No car, student, house, etc.
Creditcard always paid off each month; no debt carried over.
Saved up for anything I bought; that includes my present house & car.
That’s great. We’ve done occasional small car payments. Always buy late model high mileage cars. (for the last five years I’ve had company cars which is pretty cool.
Our last personal car we did take out a loan. I paid 3% and earned 20% on the money in a fund. Thought that made sense.
