Dominion Voting Systems has reportedly filed a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani, former President Donald Trump’s lawyer who played a key role in Trump’s efforts to challenge the results of the 2020 election.
The lawsuit, according to The New York Times, was filed in the Federal District Court in Washington. It accuses Giuliani of carrying out “a viral disinformation campaign about Dominion” made up of “demonstrably false” allegations, in part to enrich himself through legal fees and his podcast.

Notice, they do not file against JovN Pulitzer. They do not even threaten him.
Obviously Rudy can’t pay that, but given the “correct” judge, Rudy loses. The system is rigged.
Discovery will have to be limited by the Judge for this to fly in favor of Dominion...

But then, does anyone think a liberal judge (which is all of them when it comes to voting) will allow Rudy to perform a proper discovery?

That’s a bold strategy on Dominion’s part. They must be pretty confident no one can PROVE fraud.
Then there are appeals. The system can’t be rigged all the way up the totem poll. But even if it is, Rudy declares bankruptcy and they’re left with nothing. Rudy has friends, in particular at least one billionaire and his family, and 75 million or more deplorables.
I think Dominion likes the way the political winds are blowing.

Whatever happened to Pulitzer’s planned audit? Wasn’t he granted limited access of some sort to the ballots in GA, I believe?

Unless those Dominion Voting machines were secured in a locked room since November third there is No way to prove that they were Not tampered with.
All Dominion would have to do is change the software that operates in that machine and it would most likely change the result.
If the judicial branch is in control of the deepstate, which it appears so by the election rulings, then Rudy doesn’t stand a chance.
Good Lord. Pulitizer claims the the Holy Frail is buried in an island off Nova Scotia. He’ll get killed on cross.
