Montana is set to pass a bill to overturn Bidens transgender EO.

There is some others they have under consideration, but the point here is, no EO from the president can be enforced at the state level.

I.E. The sanctuary laws passed by cities and states in regs to illegal immigrants. Etc.

NEW SECTION. Section 4. Prohibition of enforcement.
(1) A peace officer, state employee, or employee of a political subdivision is prohibited from enforcing, assisting in the enforcement of, or otherwise cooperating in the enforcement of a federal ban on firearms, magazines, or ammunition and is also prohibited from participating in any federal enforcement action implementing a federal ban on firearms,magazines, or ammunition.
(2) An employee of the state or a political subdivision may not expend public funds or allocate public resources for the enforcement of a federal ban on firearms, magazines, or ammunition.

There are other laws that will need nullification, Guns, Abortion, etc. We could end up with 50 different "constitutions".

Each state already has a constitution right? If biden wants to inflict his EO’s into a state he’s going to need to create a funded mandate.
