Failure of the courts to do their duty does not amount to a disproving of the cases big difference
According to the Washington Times article published January 11, 2021 (https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2021/jan/11/supreme-court-refuses-expedite-election-challenges/) at least 8 lawsuits are still pending before the U.S. Supreme Court despite the Incident on January 6, 2021. George is wrong when he said all the cases were dismissed.

Pretty much any overt referral to the election as ‘stolen’ or otherwise rigged, or ANY support for the events of 1/6 is going to make someone ‘disappear’ from Facebook, Twitter and probably have a high chance of costing them their job or livelihood.

Unless people are charged, tried, and convicted for the kind of voter fraud Paul is talking about then it will be easy for them to stick with their 'there is not evidence' line. Nothing will convince people until they start seeing perp walks and jail time. States with Republican AGs should have been announcing arrests by now.
George is in a bad position because his position is that the election is settled and there is no need for any investigations. Rand is right that presidential elections can’t have their rules changed by secretaries of state without the approval of the state legislatures. The constitution doesn’t prohibit changing election laws for local elections but for presidential elections it can only be changed by the state legislatures.

There are still lawsuits pending. District court judges have a large amount of autonomy so they could hear the case.
However, like all of our institutions, the Fed government as a whole seems very committed to avoiding any entanglement in what they view as a “state issue” and view as achieving their preference (Biden).
I wish this were not so and hope that I am wrong, but I don’t see much “relief” being obtained in federal courts despite the fact that the major issue, the constitutionality of the election, requires relief from the federal judiciary.
“They”, the collective gaggle of institutions, are going to do everything they can to avoid any fair and impartial hearing of the facts. The facts a very strong that the election was 1) unconstitutional and 2) was riddled with massive fraud and illegal ballots.
“If” there is a fair hearing of the fraud it seems most likely to occur in a state courtroom, but don’t expect a lot of media coverage and it will all end up in fed court eventually.
Justice Roberts failure to act on the PA case prior to the election essentially opened the door to what happened and here we are. Barr himself both warned and predicted that massive mail-in balloting would be riddled with fraud, yet he blatantly lied and said there was no evidence of fraud afterwards before “retiring”.

The 2020 election data won’t hold up. Eventually they’ll have to provide the number of votes, in every county or precinct.
The crowd that doesn’t think this election was stolen, most likely don’t study demographics.
Immigration dried up during the last financial crisis, its at the lowest levels we’ve ever recorded. Fertility rates are way down, also.
Where did all these new voters come from?

The claim that the election was not stolen is unfounded. It is most certainly NOT a fact.
Where are the reports that show that there were no election irregularities such as outright voter fraud, ballot mishandling, contestable process fouls, equal protection clause violations, voting machine irregularities, and significant statistical anomalies?
Where are the results of deep audits and forensic examination of the voting machines?
Election integrity concerns are a show stopper for the 2020 election. These concerns must be put away or addressed now.
