According to the Washington Times article published January 11, 2021 (https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2021/jan/11/supreme-court-refuses-expedite-election-challenges/) at least 8 lawsuits are still pending before the U.S. Supreme Court despite the Incident on January 6, 2021. George is wrong when he said all the cases were dismissed.
There are still lawsuits pending. District court judges have a large amount of autonomy so they could hear the case.
However, like all of our institutions, the Fed government as a whole seems very committed to avoiding any entanglement in what they view as a “state issue” and view as achieving their preference (Biden).
I wish this were not so and hope that I am wrong, but I don’t see much “relief” being obtained in federal courts despite the fact that the major issue, the constitutionality of the election, requires relief from the federal judiciary.
“They”, the collective gaggle of institutions, are going to do everything they can to avoid any fair and impartial hearing of the facts. The facts a very strong that the election was 1) unconstitutional and 2) was riddled with massive fraud and illegal ballots.
“If” there is a fair hearing of the fraud it seems most likely to occur in a state courtroom, but don’t expect a lot of media coverage and it will all end up in fed court eventually.
Justice Roberts failure to act on the PA case prior to the election essentially opened the door to what happened and here we are. Barr himself both warned and predicted that massive mail-in balloting would be riddled with fraud, yet he blatantly lied and said there was no evidence of fraud afterwards before “retiring”.
This was not an election. It was a coup.
Even if they were dismissed, the mountains of evidence were NEVER looked at, so people like George have no idea what really went on because they choose to bury their heads in the sand.
