I’ve seen piles of probative evidence strewn along the path simply because a tribunal did not want to hear or see it. They lack time or interest. They call the shots.

Plus you need skilled presenters. Boil down the presentation, be concise, give it in little bites. Be interesting and exciting. Make them want to hear/see more.

Otherwise you get disinvited with a ringing shout: “NEXT CASE!!

... the impeachment trial will no doubt feature lots of “deprogrammed” Trump “supporters who will appear in lots of video clips stating they were inflamed and encouraged to riot by Trump rhetoric.

We had a great day - got 4 rooms painted (2 pretty big) & that was with the sprayer not cooperating very well - it went in the trash when we got home (definitely got our money’s worth out of it over several years). Got to see the new place & what the plans are to fix it all up since it’s a bit run down presently. Got to see the mountains in the distance ... I’m a ‘mountain’ person ... they always seem to smooth out my ruffled soul feathers :-)

Good point...I wonder how many of the rally attendees who went on to the Capitol with even the best of intentions might be interested in a good paying federal job as opposed to facing a bogus prosecution. Rats rig elections and trials with the same expertise.

I asked a friend of mine yesterday who is high up in the Republican party yesterday what happens if Trump decides to go rogue and start a third party. He and many others don’t have a good answer. But, it remains a huge question, is there a smooth way to solve a messy problem.

It's a matter of semantics, isn't it? We don't need a third party, but a REAL working second party.
