Do you have an easier way, like a copy and paste?

No, the brackets are required.

1.) Hover the cursor over the image that is hosted somewhere on the Internet. (Be careful of copyright issues)

2.) Right click and select "Copy Image Address".

3.) In the FR editing field, type:

4.) Paste the image address you copied,e.g.:

5.)Type: ">
