Pipelines, which also don’t use fuel to move product, are much more environmentally friendly than trains and trucks.

You know, like where there are building coal fired electric plants at the rate of about 1 a day because they are considered a developing nation!
Actually, the oil from Canada will CONTINUE to be moved by truck and railroad. The pipeline is not yet completed.
