Alcee Hastings ran for office after being thrown out of the judiciary. Nothing said he couldnt. Can the opposing party just outlaw their opponents?
I think the question is - if convicted, will Trump lose his secret-service protection?
Democrats do not care about the law, we are no longer a rule of law nation.
If "they" can steal a nation election they can do anything they want without consequences. I'm sure the leadership of the GOP (Bush's, Romney's McConnell's) are fine with that. The GOP must die so that a real opposition party (Patriot Party) can grow.
