And? Men and women ARE different. It’s a fantasy to pretend otherwise. So why should our laws pretend otherwise in the name of “gender equality”?
But once you introduce the concept of "gender equity" into the law, then all bets are off.
If women want to be treated the same as men under the law, then I'm fine with that. Let Serena Williams compete against Novak Djokovic at Wimbledon and the U.S. Open.

There is a good deal of irony here in that not only does this run contrary to Title IX's stated intentions but it denies Title IX funding to any institution trying to protect it.
