Why pay attention to what Tom says or writes? Anything he says or writes is just to support a selected narrative.

In 2008, I worked the DNC convention as a TV director and hung with Tom for a day. I admitted to him that I was “working behind enemy lines”. He was very personable and easy to connect with. I learned that he has contempt for both parties. He was quite the little bitch and I liked that.

Sure, he would appear on the scene for special occasions for which I’m sure he was paid, but him no longer being “retired” was never something I knew was a thing.
