LOS ANGELES, California — Mayor Eric Garcetti announced Thursday that the City of Los Angeles would require all employees to undergo “implicit bias” training as part of an effort to achieve “racial justice.”
Garcetti, speaking from Dodger Stadium at a press conference about the city’s coronavirus vaccination effort, said that the city would use “equity” in its distribution of vaccines, to prioritize minority communities hardest hit by the pandemic.

I could make a case that they are a bunch of racists trialing the vaccines on non-white people—just like our government/military did back in the 40s and 50s.

Fact. And the people are all for it. My opinion of the American public has always been low, but current conditions have show that I way overestimated the mental capabilities of Americans.

Los Angeles is about half Latino and probably less than 25% white, the remainder being split about evenly between blacks and Asians. Who is biased and against whom?

Yeah; this is pretty funny. The Los Angeles Unified School district, the 2nd largest in the nation, is 80% Hispanic. So are all the Cal State Universities in Southern CA.
