Industrial-Scale Election Fraud – Did It Happen?
American Thinker ^ | 01/22/2021 | Jay Valentine

Posted on 01/22/2021 6:43:26 AM PST by SeekAndFind

I’ve read pieces from congresspeople, CEOs of tech companies, from hacks on television (like Karl Rove) that there was no election fraud, let’s move on.

Wait just a minute.

I led the team that built the fraud detection engine for the largest online auction house on the planet. They were on the front page of USA Today because some mother never received that gift for her child after sending in her last dollar. The auction house publicly said their multi-billion-dollar brand was in jeopardy.

I led industrial-scale fraud investigations in the biggest of the big leagues, and proved fraud.

[SNIP]

We were hired by most of the top 10 property and casualty insurance firms to find fraud they could not find any other way, fraud that their expert teams said did not exist. It did, at industrial scale.

We quickly learned fraud is icky, unsightly, uncomfortable and those with a vested interest in not finding it, because they couldn’t, denied it. Happens all the time.

My team and I know industrial-level fraud and I can tell you with 100% certainty that the 2020 presidential election had massive, organized, discoverable fraud in most of the swing states.

How do I know this in the face of virtually every media company denying significant fraud?

Let’s do a fraud look-see, actually several, together.

RE: The Rats knew that all they had to do was flip a few thousand votes (1% or fewer) in three or four states...and that’s what they did.

If this is the case, how did Biden defeat Trump by over 5 million votes nationally? The “official” (note the quotes) estimated figure was Biden got 80 million over Trump’s 74 to 75 million.

RE: 2018 also had fraud in KY, WI, MI, PA, AZ, MN and GA.

I would suspect California’s Orange County too.

In at least one reported 2020 voting fraud incident, election officials hand-counted votes
then put the ballots through the machine and came up with MORE BIDEN VOTES than the hand-counts showed.

The flabbergasted officials redid the process——and again the machine came up with MORE votes for Biden

It’s in black and white-—— in their training manual:
<><> The Dominion tallying system is engineered with a WEIGHTED VOTE option.
<><> You enter a percentage that you want to apply to votes in a particular race;
<><> Dominion machines will increase the vote total by that percentage.
Is this used for anything else but to steal elections?

Dominion voting software can permit staff to manually adjust ballot returns during counting process
Process of “adjudication” allows for “resolution of voter intent.”

Voting software deployed by the election hardware company Dominion Voting Systems can allow election staffers to manually adjust tally amounts while reviewing scanned ballot images, a process that the company says allows for “resolution of voter intent” in cases where ballot marks are unclear.

Dominion has been at the center of tumultuous controversy since the election amid reports of glitchy and/or unreliable voting software and hardware. The company has a presence in a majority of U.S. states, including critical battleground states in which Democratic challenger Joe Biden has been declared the winner by major media outlets.

President Trump has suggested that malfeasance by Dominion is responsible for the narrow edge in posted vote totals that Biden holds in those states. Dominion, meanwhile, has unequivocally denied any wrongdoing or errors within its machines.

“No credible reports or evidence of any software issues exist,” the company has stated on its website. “Dominion equipment is used by county and state officials to tabulate ballots. Human errors related to reporting tabulated results have arisen in a few counties, including some using Dominion equipment, but appropriate procedural actions have been taken by the county to address these errors were made prior to the canvass process.”

The company also stated that “vote deletion/switching assertions” that have circulated since the election are “completely false.”

‘Anybody who has Dominion has this’

The company has claimed that “it is not possible for a bad actor to change election results without detection.” Dominion does, meanwhile, allow at least one avenue for manual adjustment of vote tallies as part of a process known as “adjudication.”

Santa Clara County, California, as part of its agreement with Dominion Voting Systems, stipulates that the company’s software must allow county staff “to adjust tally based on review of scanned ballot images.”

Evelyn Mendez, the public information officer for the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters, said that “the wording [in the contract] is a little weird,” but that it refers to a provision meant to ensure that “adjudication” of uncertain votes can occur.

Adjudication, Mendez told Just the News, is used in circumstances such as when there’s a contest in which a single candidate must be chosen yet “someone votes for two.”

“It’s the process of looking at the ballot and determining, ‘Did the voter mean to do that’?” she said.

“If someone puts in a dot instead of a checkmark,” she added, “or if they didn’t bubble it the right way, our staff are looking at the ballot and confirming what’s correct.”

Mendez, who stressed that staffers are looking not at actual ballots but at scanned images of them, said that the process is performed by two individuals.

“Two people, one on the mouse and one on the clicker, are looking at the same screen, talking about the same ballot, determining the voter’s intent,” she said. “It’s a manual view of what voters meant to do. If staffers can’t figure out what to do, it goes to another level where further county officials can adjudicate it.”

Mendez confirmed that adjudication adjustments are done manually by staffers.

Let’s suppose for a moment that there was no fraud. I believe that there was fraud, but let’s suppose there was none. If Trump had been allowed to present evidence then the other side would have easily blown holes in his argument and probably convinced most people that there was no fraud.
Biden would enter office with a much higher degree of support. This would have been healthier for the nation.

However, Trump was denied any opportunity to present evidence. We, the great unwashed proletariat are left to wonder why. The logical conclusion is that Trump might have prevailed and Biden would not be president. Leaving this belief unchallenged is a problem.

Next, why are Democrats terrified of Trump even though he is gone from office? The logical conclusion is that they wronged him and are afraid of what might happen if they don’t eliminate him and his seventy-plus million voters. Why is DC now under lockdown with thousands of soldiers? The logical conclusion might be that Democrats stole something and are terrified of the righteous indignation this may cause.

I was listening to Bill Whittle and he has a great take on where we are now. (I am not Bill Whittle.)

I just finished it. Unfortunately, the whole thing is just analogies that sort of fit. I completely agree with him, but the article is not compelling. It would have been, a few weeks ago. But it’s now just a post mortem.

If Biden didn’t win, the Rats were ready with the narrative that there was cheating in Florida, and the media would have supported them. They would have done the exact same thing Trump did, fighting the election tooth and nail.

Elections are one day and in person voting...but now we have election day months, have organizers push people to send in votes for months, then manufacture votes post election when Dem’s are losing.

"...We quickly learned fraud is icky, unsightly, uncomfortable and those with a vested interest in not finding it, because they couldn’t, denied it..."

Reminded me of this famous quote by Upton Sinclair:

“It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.”

This is the biggest coverup in the history of the US“

It is, and the worthless GOP is right there with the “baseless” chorus. Conservative voices are being bullied into silence or risk being pulled off the air. Even Rush is avoiding direct mentioning of the steal. It is obvious he is avoiding saying it was stolen. He is using vague allusions to it but that’s it.

The people who stand up and say “No evidence!” are all the ones who drank the Kool-Aid after coming to believe that “Orange Man Bad” was the only justification they needed.

Evidence that is shouted down in the court of public opinion is is not allowed to ever be considered and then thrown out. Above all, do not EVER allow this to come before a real court that has jurisdiction. The procedure for that includes claiming that the plaintiff has “no standing”.

Trump's speech on January 6th laid out the case for voter fraud in the six contested states in considerable detail. He said nothing about Dominion or foreign servers. I believe this fraud was coordinated in a strategy used by Democrats in the largest counties in those states. This is fraud that Richard Daley or the Prendergasts would have done, but on a grander, more coordinated scale. But Republicans in the six legislatures refused to take action, largely due to the RINO faction that accepts the MSM narrative

Yes.

But the real story is not the cases of votes being switched, ballots being entered multiple times, or fake ballots printed and sneaked into the counting centers in the dead of night.

The real story is that key Democrat-controlled state and local governments allowed massive mail in voting, which is impossible to validate without extraordinary measures. And then, they purposely avoided taking those extra measures, to ensure that there would be no accountability.

All of the detailed cases of fraud were not orchestrated by some criminal mastermind - they were the natural result of purposely relaxing the controls and accountability.

It was like a city announcing on the news that for one week all doors must be left unlocked, all cameras must be turned off, all law enforcement would be suspended and people will not be permitted to defend their property or sue for damages.

What would happen? Every thief would come out of the woodwork and rob that city blind.

And that’s exactly what happened.

The problem is political corruption at the very top - going after the petty thieves who double entered ballots, changed ballots, or sneaked in fake ballots in the wee hours - that will accomplish nothing unless it leads to the elimination of political corruption in Democrat (and RINO) controlled cities.

Interesting this was published in American Thinker, which published an apology recently for reporting on the fraud.

***************** libertylover’s basketball analogy *********

Suppose your favorite basketball team, wearing red uniforms, has led more or less the whole gave and is ahead of the team wearing blue uniforms by a score of 65-50 with 5 minutes left to play, not yet a blowout, but a fairly comfortable lead. At this point the the fans, i.e., the observers, are kicked out of the arena and the rest of the game is observed only by “officials”, but there is a live data feed of the score to the outside as it changes.

The data feed shows that the team in blue is scoring at at will in the last few minutes of the game. The game ends on a 30-5 run for the blue team to make the final score 75-70. The blue team’s 25-5 run means it scored 83% of the remaining points scored in the game. But a few instant replay videos leak out that show, 100%, without any doubt, that errors were made by the “officials”. Also, the data feed of the score shows that some points by the red team are actually counted on the scoreboard as points for the blue team. It’s 100% known that this happened, but it’s hard to tell exactly how many points were changed like this. The data feed also shows that the score for the red team actually went backwards at times, and also shows fractional points being scored at times.

Then, as the season goes on, the same things happen again and again: the 15 point lead with 5 minutes to play, the fans being kicked out, errors proven by leaked instant replay video, the fantastic events, the points changing from the red team to the blue team, yet the “officials” say the blue team came back and won again, and again, and again. And this happens FIVE GAMES IN A ROW!!!

Most of the press claim to be neutral, but it’s an open secret that they are foam-at-the-mouth blue team fans, say there is “no evidence” of anything wrong, and refuse to investigate. They are Fraud Deniers.

I think that is the genius of it - it was a variety of numerous pockets. It wasn’t just ONE thing. It was a little bit of EVERY thing.

One thing to note is that they also cheated in many red precincts where they were less likely to be caught. Not enough to put Biden over the top in those precincts, but narrowing Trump's margin from, say, 62-38 in 2016 to 54-46 in 2020. We saw a fair amount of this in suburban Arizona and Georgia. Trump still won these very red areas, but not by his 2016 margins.

These inflated Biden numbers were enough to flip states where huge blue areas were already nailed down, and the shift could easily be blamed on white female suburban voters appalled by Trump's racism and sexism, or whatever stupid fantasy CNN decided to play up that day.
