Unfortunately, Youtube edited out videos of most who received an envelope. This is one of the only versions left with reaction from those who received one. Apparently, the Clintons, Bidens, Pences and Obamas received an envelope from GW Bush stating the following: “They know everything, I’m sorry.”

The reactions shown on the vid were priceless. Laura Bush looked positively horrified.
