In the photo Laura looks like she's singing -- or trying to. In the GIF it looks like she offers the songbook to JEB! They all look quite emotional as the casket is being walked past them.

People standing in front of the Bidens had to explain something about the letter to Joe. He lacked subtlety and I think they were tellng him to "act natural" and put it away. He was of course by far the clumsiest, sparing even Jeb from that honor.
