The Speaker, a liquor soggy 80 year old with no legal authority, commands troop movements. However they did it, Trump was deposed in the last week before the inauguration. And swearing in Biden 10 minutes early wasn’t accidental. It was deliberately sending a finger to Trump and America message.

The Speaker had the active biscuit and football since Jan 6th. Hers may still be the active ball as Biden is not cognitively able to launch the attack (that is unless Obama had Biden’s football/biscuit and codes, which would be kept a close secret).
