my landline phone was out for incoming and outgoing calls from early last night until 4:oo this afternoon. Then I learned it happened in 12 counties across Pa. 911 calls were out altogether ATT Century 21 T-mobile and others were all affected.

The news is not reporting on this and they’re calling it just a 911 outage for the few out there....it was far more than that.
