President Joe Biden issued an executive order on his first day in office, mandating that any schools that receive federal funding must function as if biological males who claim to be females are the same, and vice versa, or risk losing that funding.

That’s funny, I seem to recall that under Trump the issue of cutting off funding to seditious cities that don’t recognize federal law was litigated and it was decreed that the President couldn’t even require them to follow other laws if Congress hadn't made that a requirement of the funding, but here we have Biden issuing whatever edict he wants and everyone just has to go along with it.

I had an idea that might be able to ‘solve’ this.

Make the rule apply only if the biological male actually cuts off their genitalia, to become a female (actually a eunuch) and this will stop immediately.......................
