Referencing a study by Payscale.com that found women of color overall earn just $0.75 for every $1 that white men earn (in terms of median salaries), Expensify said it would donate $0.25 for every $1 earned by white men at the company — around $3 million annually— to help close that gap. If they all sit on the same assembly line doing more or less the same thing that would probably be valid. However, I seriously doubt that that's the case.
