Uhhh, No - it means killed. As such, it constitutes encouragement to murder. Cowardly traitors, pimps and pedos like Comey, Brennan, Clapper, McCabe, et al., have always used such language with absolute impunity. They will continue to do do until courageous men like Assange, Snowden and many many others decide that such behavior, considering the sources, should stop.
