POTUS cannot pardon state crimes — only federal crimes. State governors can pardon state crimes.
He can’t. Rittenhouse was charged with state crimes, not federal.
President Trump, himself , was another victim of Obama’s totalitarian state.

Probably won’t hurt to issue a pardon for Kyle. If the state doesn’t get the conviction they are after, DOJ may come the the rescue with some federal charges.
Trump can't pardon those charged by state officials.
