SNIP
Nachman Ash — Israel’s equivalent of Dr. Anthony Fauci — said the protection offered by the first dose is “less effective than we had thought,” Army Radio reported.
“Many people have been infected between the first and second injections of the vaccine,” Ash said, adding that the protective effect appears “lower than [the data] presented by Pfizer.”
The pharmaceutical giant has claimed that trials show it is roughly 52 percent effective around 12 days after receiving the first shot, the BBC reported.

Nope
Nonsense.
The MRNA _VACCINE_ reprograms your own cells to produce the SAR-COV2 spike protein.
Your body will see this, recognize it as an invader and destroy it.
Once your body sees the second shot, it will build a robust defense and hopefully create memory T-cells as well as b-cell anti-bodies.
There is no other way this works. Upon the next exposure to actual virus, it will destroy the virus quickly. A small number of cells may get infected, but no where near enough to begin viral shedding. You won't "get a mild case" because your immune system will shred it to bits. You will be effectively immune. This is virology 101.
The Red Cross will not accept the blood of vaccine recipients for Anti Body therapy because.... there are NO ANTIBODIES present.
Seems clear-cut to me.
Sorry, you are wrong.
Explain the mechanism then to give you a mild case. Did you take several years of biology in college that covers how the immune system works? From your responses, you didn't.
There is NO MECHANISM to give you a mild case preventing symptoms to SARS-COV2 without building an immune response. If you have a robust immune response and memory t-cells are created, you are immune. Period. End of story.
Thanks for trying to set “wrench” straight. He/she is a real kook, blissfully ignorant, and unable to mount a defense of his/her position.
I see his response above. He seems to think anti-bodies are the only part of the immune system that matters. T-cells are the Marine vanguard, macrophages are the Navy and anti-bodies are the remfs that do photo-ops at FOBs. ;). You don't really need them to defeat the enemy.
lol......hahhahahhaha A subpar vaccine from Pfizer who woulda thunk it!
There are some excellent charts demonstrating immunity at 8 days, full immunity 35 days after first shot.
48% ineffective doesn’t sound much better than the Chinese version.
Glad I’ve delayed inoculating. I’ll wait and see.
Thank you for explaining how vaccines work.
