All I could see from the video and stills was one dude attacking one agent, and the others trying to pull him off the agent. As additional information, I’m sure Spirit Airlines has caused many people to get annoyed with their luggage policy and general lack of customer service.

As additional information, I’m sure Spirit Airlines has caused many people to get annoyed with their luggage policy and general lack of customer service.

Although I have never flown Spirit Air, my daughter made the mistake once. With that said, Spirit's luggage policy and lack of customer service are well known, and reflected in the ticket price. Anyone who is willing to put up with this kind of abuse for a discounted air fare has no right to get annoyed for the very services (or lack thereof) that they knowingly paid for.

I’m not being sarcastic. they’ve reduced the size of the seats, they’ve reduced the legroom, they’ve reduced the size of the permissible carry-ons, they’ve reduced the baggage allotment, and in some cases have even started charging extra for checked bags. The quality of the airline travel experience has gone down dramatically in the last couple of decades. They’re catering to the lowest common denominator now.
