I’ve said this before in my 40 year career of dealing with the military I always amazed at the number of left-wing military officers that I encountered.

For decades, far-left academics have striven to be the gate-keepers who determine who gets to graduate college and go on to a good career.

They have also taken over the academic institutions (Command and General Staff Colleges, War Colleges) which determine which junior officers get to become senior officers.

You also don't get past Senate confirmation for general if there is any doubt of your loyalty to the Deep State.
