A Supreme Court which dismissed cases due to “lack of standing”, will now dismiss cases because they are moot.

Not if Trump refuses to leave the WH, and the military backs his claim. Then the issue is not moot. Even if it acts, SCOTUS has no way of enforcing its opinions. It has no army.

Chief Justice John Roberts was rumored to have been hollering, screaming and yelling about not wanting to be responsible for the riots and other mayhem by Antifa, BLM et al which would result if he and the rest of the U.S. Supreme Court looked at the evidence of massive voter fraud.

How does Chief Justice Roberts and his like-minded confreres on the United States Supreme Court like being responsible for what happened on January 6 ???

Would a “Petition” for the Right to View Mail-in Ballots from a million people from each of the bad states have standing with the SCOTUS? If not why have the states keep the ballots for 22 months?
