CNN chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta said Monday on “Situation Room With Wolf Blitzer” that President Donald Trump is leaving Washington D.C. this week in a “disgraceful way.”
Blitzer said, “Jim, this city clearly on edge. The country, in fact, is on edge. The coronavirus pandemic is at its worse right now, worse that it’s been. There’s absolutely no sign of the president of the United States.”

Trump’s administration was the most transparent and accessible the press has ever seen. The press was about as appreciative and respectful as hyenas. If no Boogaloo goes down and Biden is sworn in tomorrow, the press will find itself returned to the role of secretaries obediently typing up the occasional crumb from the new Spokesman (and grateful for it.) What a sad bunch of little French courtiers are our so-called free press.
