Dominion Voting Systems threatened My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell with a letter dated December 23, 2020, from defamation lawyers. In the letter, Dominion lawyer Thomas A. Clare called Lindell’s attacks on the voting company used in all six contested states “implausible,” adding they have “no basis in reality.”
100 Percent Fed Up – Mike Lindell is not the only person who received a threatening letter from Dominion—at least one GOP poll challenger in Michigan (who never even mentioned Dominion in her affidavit) received a threatening letter from Dominion.
Mike Lindell, a devout Christian, is not worried about a letter from Dominion lawyers threatening defamation. Like President Trump, Lindell is a fighter and is vowing to fight back, telling Axios that he’s looking forward to Dominion’s lawsuit. “I want Dominion to put up their lawsuit because we have 100% evidence that China and other countries used their machines to steal the election.”

It’s great to see REAL men and women in the ranks of Trump supporters. Dominion is accustomed to dealing with the Swamp-Wimps of the DC GOP. They won’t know how to behave when they start receiving the court approved deposition demands supported by 80 plus million Trump voters. Dominion is about to get new owners.
“.... but if he thinks he’s a master lawyer and is going to out lawyer the likes of Dominion.....”
To paraphrase Edison, when he needs a lawyer he’ll hire a lawyer.
Dropped by CostCo, Bed Bath & Beyond (which is busy closing stores), Wayfair and Kohl’s.
I ordered two sets of sheets last night, buy one get one free. Already have them on my bed and they’re absolutely the best. I think I own six of his pillows, they were all my husband could tolerate after chemo.
Yes, we will be purchasing his products.
that’s fine, i don’t care about china or other countries, how about 100% evidence that it happened in the USA?
sworn affidavit is not good enough, because Lying on a sworn affidavit maybe an offense, punishable by a fine is a joke.
i’m 100% certain that people committed fraud but gut feelings doesn’t hold up in court.
I’M BUYING ANOTHER MY PILLOW TODAY!
REALLY.....HAHA
Yes, YES!! That is what I am going to do. I am going to buy a topper and say THANK YOU to Mike!
“Bring it. We look forward to the discovery phase. BTW, have your lawyers look up the term ‘spoilage’ before you file.”
I wouldn't count on anything being discovered. To date, nothing compelling has been found to be worthy of a discussion. This is an issue the left has to bury and put to bed. What better way than to have Dominion sue, go to court and win convincingly?
I smell a big nest of rats with this...
BB&B is going out of business — no loss there. I have his pillows — just bought some towels and sheets. Fight on, Mike! I’m behind you!
I guess I should have been clearer. No, I don’t expect Mr. Pillow to become an actual lawyer. What I do know is that Dominion’s lawyers will be the best/most expensive lawyers around who aren’t accustomed to losing. To go against such is kind of a fool’s errand. Trump, being smart, wouldn’t waste his personal $$$ chasing the likes of a Dominion. Mr. Pillow would be wise to keep his Kracken.
I wish one of the threatened Dominion Voting Systems lawsuits would be pursued just for that reason. If Dominion is dumb enough to pursue a lawsuit, presentation of the evidence would prove what the democrats did for the public to see. Bring it on Dominion!
Your money is either going to end up with his lawyers or Dominion after the lawsuit.
Hope he wins however he needs to be careful the democrats play a deadly game.
Witness tampering?
let the discovery phase begin although I don’t think Dominion really thought that part out
I’ll be happy to donate to Mike’s legal fund
Roger that!!!
And I hope that Mike Lindell will be well funded in terms of his legal fees so that Dominion will not be able to get away with this SLAP suit vis a vis stalling tactics!!!
......I’m not a lawyer but I’ve endured, as a developer, in Liberal Austin, nearly 50 years of non stop litigation over many projects. Along that path I’ve also withstood and endured agonizing discovery requiring thousands of man hours to respond to from clients on both sides and their attorneys.
I can tell you as a result of that experience that anything on any discovery motion can be challenged by the opposing side and they MAY, and often do, get “protective orders” which means, in effect, they don’t have to respond to your question or your motion to produce. It’s all up to the judge and often they are bias one way or another.
