Dominion Voting Systems threatened My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell with a letter dated December 23, 2020, from defamation lawyers. In the letter, Dominion lawyer Thomas A. Clare called Lindell’s attacks on the voting company used in all six contested states “implausible,” adding they have “no basis in reality.”
100 Percent Fed Up – Mike Lindell is not the only person who received a threatening letter from Dominion—at least one GOP poll challenger in Michigan (who never even mentioned Dominion in her affidavit) received a threatening letter from Dominion.
Mike Lindell, a devout Christian, is not worried about a letter from Dominion lawyers threatening defamation. Like President Trump, Lindell is a fighter and is vowing to fight back, telling Axios that he’s looking forward to Dominion’s lawsuit. “I want Dominion to put up their lawsuit because we have 100% evidence that China and other countries used their machines to steal the election.”

Mike is quite a MAN. Not many of those around anymore. His story is so incredible and inspiring. I know he had his struggles and they were fierce, but how he turned his life around is what GOD can do for you and also an example of the American Dream. I hope we can turn the country around, it looks really dire.
I’ve been seeing comments on other forums that say Dominions Lawyers can structure their suit in such a way as to prevent discovery. Is this true?
Unfortunately our “judicial system” is proving to be corrupt. Dominion knows that they have a better chance of winning due to this corruption. Imo, it will be hard for him to get a fair hearing or a just verdict.

Mike Lindell, the founder of MyPillow, announced tonight that his company is under a major attack by radical leftists.
Lindell, whose company is based in Minnesota, made the announcement while talking with conservative commentator Brian Glenn.
“I just got off the phone with Bed Bath & Beyond. They’re dropping My Pillow. Just got off the phone not five minutes ago. Kohl’s, all these different places,” Lindell said. “These [companies], they’re scared, like a Bed Bath & Beyond, they’re scared. They were good partners. In fact, I told them, ‘You guys come back anytime you want.’”

Simply, no. There is no longer trial by ambush (as a country law professor said while teaching about discovery). “If you don’t know what the other side has, you are not doing your job in discovery.”
Mr. Pillow has quite a compelling story and his success is beyond my imagination, but if he thinks he’s a master lawyer and is going to out lawyer the likes of Dominion he’s got another thing coming. A fool and his money are soon parted.

What would happen if a bunch of citizens went around posting flyers describing some of the Dominion related controversies? Would it be a Spartacus moment?
I am sure the guys had his own lawyers, he a multimillionaire ..... not to mention , lots of folks would do this for him pro bono.

What if every person on this board sent a letter to the CEO of Bed Bath & Beyond and Kohls describing their contempt for dropping My Pillow products?
Maybe stating their refusal to shop at their stores in the future.

The only way we can beat them is to use their own tactics against them. Use Alinsky’s Rules For Radicals against liberals. Call them out. It works, that is why they hated Trump so much.
Um, well, it worked for the left against Trumps lawyers for the past two months, especially in Wisconsin.
Mike you will discover that no court will hear your evidence because it will be dismissed for latches or lack of standing. You lose.
Now here’s someone who won’t fold like a cheap suit, and it would be interesting to see what evidence he has.
