Texas is reportedly preparing for lawsuits against Joe Biden’s incoming administration, the San Antonio Express-News reported Friday.
During his first 100 days in office, President-elect Joe Biden has “vowed to roll back the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown, push policies addressing climate change and potentially forgive student debt for thousands of Americans,” the article stated.
Biden has also said he will advocate for a mask mandate and wants Congress to pass another huge stimulus package.

Please Texas, declare secession so that other states can follow you. Your state is big but not big enough to handle all of us that want to move there when this happens. You must start the movement so others can follow.
Until we have real regime change in America, all hopes on Texas, Florida and a few others to try to keep a country together. Odds aren’t great.
There is a HUGE movement right now to divide CA. into two states requires a convention of the states, we NEED term limits also!! The government is severely broken and corrupt!!
Yes it it. Keeping this country united is just not possible at this point. It can only be done if the jackboot thugs that are the democrats use the force of the government, cancel culture, courts and military to keep us in line.

Considering that every court in the nation is corrupt, including SCOTUS, this would be an exercise in futility.
I think a lot of people are just hoping that this handful of states will stand strong, unite and resist the tyranny about to be imposed on us. I never thought I’d say this, but after the last few weeks, I’m not even sure it will be possible to keep the country together.
The problem is that even the formerly red states, such as Georgia, have been so infiltrated and corrupted by leftists in recent years that we have only a dwindling handful of red states.
Also, they’re going to be reduced to poverty by government policies. The Keystone Pipeline that Biden is cancelling passes through a number of red states.
If all red states joined one union and all blue states another, the blue states would be in a world of hurt. The red states feed the nation , and the world, and they also provide most of the energy, fuel, and refining capacity.
Don't count those chickens... when weed is made legal nationally, they'll all partake and mellow out ("Make love not war dude").

My goal: 100 days, 100 policies, challenged in 100 lawsuits (each!) - all of which will have cherry-picked judges just like when America’s enemies sued Trump.
