Jimmy Carter commuted their sentences and one went to Cuba to receive a hero’s welcome from Fidel Castro.

And the media is silent about past attacks on Congress and what happened afterwards.

Bill Clinton also pardoned Puerto Rican terrorists and so did Barack Obama.
