Laying the bipartisanly stolen election on Trump’s legal team is laughable on its face. The fix was in and picking nits changes nothing.
You mean the phone call between Raffensperger and Trump and his lawyers? I listened to it. It showed nothing of the sort.
I’m not “picking nits.” I’m saying claim that courts won’t allow Trump to present evidence of fraud is a lie. I cannot find even one case where a state court has dismissed an election contest filed by Trump or his elector candidates without hearing evidence. Every case I’ve found was either dismissed by Trump’s own lawyers, or dismissed after the court actually heard evidence.
If I’m wrong, it shouldn’t be hard to find an example. But, despite pointing this out several times on this forum, no one has come forward with one. Just vitriol and deflection, like your response.
