The Chicoms usually steal all the technology that we have in house or we just give it to them.

Americans have gotten real serious about the Chicoms staeling our technology.

The Chicoms will continue stealing our technology since they have these so called State Owned Technology Centers called Design I, Design II, etc. These Design Centers will demand that a Company in the U.S. or else where to give the Chicoms the dwgs. of what you want to build in China. Then you have to give the Chicoms all of your know how when they start asking the questions.

This is how the Chicoms have built their technology in China as you can see they have state of the art technology.

In addition, we gave them Hong Kong and the Chicoms did not pay a cent for Hong Kong.
