I don’t think its an issue, because the Paris climate thing was never ratified by the Senate as treaties are supposed to be handled. For whatever reason, Obama just did the Paris thing on his own and committed us to it, with no apparent legal authority to do so. Ditto the Iran deal.
Obama did. On the plus side, the GOP will have something to shake their fists at on TV.
