That was quick. I’m sure they will get right back to Hunter’s laptop now.

"we have determined that there is insufficient evidence to prove criminal intent on the part of the person who discarded the ballots" Read that again ... "The person who discarded the ballots
Isn't that a tacit confession that a crime was committed? It just calls into question the INTENT. That's like the difference between Murder 1 and Negligent Homicide. A CRIME was still committed.

Geez, why waste time and effort on ballots that were not counted?

Did you think anything else. It all just makes me upset.
To: SeekAndFind
Did they look into the 200,000 overcount?

>>>He said interviews revealed staffers were improperly opening nearly all envelopes received, even though they weren’t supposed to open military ballots until Election Day. Opening any absentee ballot before then “violates the controlling statutes and is contrary to Pennsylvania Department of State guidance,” Freed said.<<<
We will now give them a Performance Medal, asap! </s>

RE: Read that again ... “The person who discarded the ballots
Let’s set the intent of the person aside... two questions:
1) Were the discarded ballot LEGAL or not?
2) If legal, were they in sufficient numbers to affect the PA election results?
These are the two relevant questions. We can talk about the intent of the person responsible later.

For a while, there was insufficient evidence with Capone too ... just saying.

Luzerne County Manager David Pedri’s office later said a contractor was to blame for the discarded ballots. The contractor was fired but not charged. Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, a Democrat, told reporters what happened was “a bad error” and “not intentional fraud.” The county and state didn’t respond to requests for comment.
The entire PA election was intentional fraud. All of the "errors" only benefitted one candidate. When POTUS invokes the Insurrection Act they can tell it to the military tribunals hearing the criminal cases.

They threw the ballots in a drainage ditch. Can't they charge the person with damaging a wetlands? Or perhaps it falls under navigable waterway law?
Go get 'em tigers! You've done it before!

I keep hearing about this but I don’t see it happening. It’s 4 days before inauguration day.

...we have determined that there is insufficient evidence to prove criminal intent on the part of the person who discarded the ballots
When the crime is conducted in the name of 'the greater good', then, it's deemed okay.
Democrats are good at claiming the higher ground, while in reality, what they do is harming everybody. No ill intent, and no criminal intent, as long as the criminal and the investigators are on the same page with 'the greater good'.

... nine military absentee ballots had been tossed in Luzerne County.
To: Governor Dinwiddie
Did they purchase billboard space in Pennsylvania asking for information? My guess is not, they sure as hell did for people who were in the capitol.
To: SeekAndFind
Right. Not a SHRED of evidence left.

All of the agencies are on the other side.
Only our side has to worry about getting arrested and charged.
