I'm in a suburb of Rochester NY. They're just deciding where they will set up special clinics. Seems it should have been done as soon as they knew we had a vaccine. My guess...lotsa politics.
Thought Drug stores were supposed to be the major distributor.
I think Cuomo wanted to keep it in the hands of public health employees as long as possible.
